1 Analyzed moisture availability to crops and assessed soil moisture storage in different soil types in the Kuthinagere microwatershed using Thornthwaite and Mather (1957) water balance model simulated at monthly and daily time step.
2 Soil conservation strategies were suggested in Harappanahalli Taluk, Davanagere District taking into account soil texture, depth, topography, land use and rainfall characteristics(e.g. bunding, trenching and farm ponds). Also land levelling and drainage line treatments plan was prepared.
3 Estimated soil loss potential of Medak District (AP) by using soil resource information at 2.5 x 2.5 Km grid which was useful for prioritizing the areas for soil conservation planning. Also associated in estimation of soil loss potential of Andhra Pradesh.
4 Associated in preparation of atlases involved soil survey interpretations for land use planning.
5 Delineated and nomenclature microwatersheds in Palakkad District of Kerala State from watersheds delineated by AIS&LUS.
